The Problem

Two drives fail in the space of a week and the incumbent drives supplier says that new ones will be delivered in 2-3 weeks. This was not good enough for a small village in mid wales who would run out of water by 07:00 the next day as people were showering and would be dependent upon water to be tankered in. The tankering of water causes extra vehicles on our congested roads, it is also expensive and not environmentally friendly

The Solution

APDS were called out to supply new drives which they delivered to site and installed in the place of teh failed units with one unit up and running by 06:00 in fully automatic controll just as the first taker arrived. This level of service is due to the fact that APDS carry an extensive range of drive products
