In April 2004, APDS Limited took over as ABB’s Drives Alliance Partner and
Motor Service Partner in the South West. The Company was formed as a Management
Buyout from Merseyside based Central Electrical Limited. APDS is focused to

offer users Quality Engineering and Energy Saving.
