The Power of a Service Agreement

Our Service Agreement customers continue to benefit from 24/7 support.

Recently, a University in the South West Region called upon APDS to attend site for an urgent drive fault.

Even though we were experiencing Engineer staff shortages, we were able to send out an Engineer on the same day with a replacement ACH580 drive – this was due to having a Service Agreement in place; with a 24 hour response time to site.  We were able to beat that and get them back up and running within 6 hours!
