Registering your ABB drive serial numbers with APDS allows us to tell you exactly where they sit within their life cycle and whether any preventative maintenance is due.
The purpose of the report is to provide detailed information and analysis your companies Estate of variable speed drives. The resulting analysis delivers a report which provides expert notifications and comments of each individual drive. Your bespoke preventative maintenance plan creates the maintenance actions to be performed in coming years following the has defined a life cycle that has been divided in four different phases called: Active, Classic, Limited, and Obsolete.
We are happy to get to know your site on a visit walking the site with you recording the key information need along with appropriate site pictures:
- Drive Serial Number
- Client asset number if applicable
- Local Application Name: For example, Dryer Fan No 6
- Drive Manufacturer Part Number
- Picture of drives installation. Picture of local area.
- Area of facility: For example, Building 3, Coke Plant etc
