Founded in 2003 in a small Bristol office, APDS has evolved significantly. Today, its Avonmouth headquarters houses the administrative team, a dedicated Drive Service team, and a substantial stock warehouse. The company’s strategic partnerships have been key to its growth, including its status as the sole ABB-accredited partner for the South West and South Wales.
In response to increasing demand from Devon and Cornwall, APDS opened a facility in Redruth, Cornwall, in 2023, complete with a locally recruited team to manage operations. Building on this momentum, APDS has grown its workforce by 15% in early 2025 to support continued business expansion.
As part of celebrating over two decades of innovation and service excellence, the company has unveiled a new visual identity. The rebrand marks a significant milestone and reflects the business’s evolution under the current senior management team, who have been leading operations since 2020.
